Artem Nagdalian

Artem Nagdalian’s practice focuses on regulatory and compliance, corporate and privatization matters. During his 25 plus years of professional career, Artem worked as Vice President and member of Executive Board at Credit Suisse First Boston (Ukraine) investment bank, Senior Associate at Baker & McKenzie law firm, Director at Global Markets Division of Deutsche Bank AG. Artem’s experience include representation of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in USD160 million privatization of controlling stakes at six energy distribution companies and the biggest to date in Ukraine USD4.8 billion sale of state-owned Ore Mining and Steel Plant Kryvorizhstal, where Artem acted for the buyer Mittal Steel.
