Ulysses Advised u.ventures on Its Investment in SOC Prime

Ulysses represented u.ventures, a U.S.-based investment fund, in connection with its investment in SOC Prime, a global provider of AI-native detection intelligence solutions. The funding round was led by u.ventures and joined by DNX Ventures, Atlantic Bridge, J-Ventures and Angel One. The investment is aimed at supporting SOC Prime’s development of AI-native cybersecurity solutions and expansion of its presence in the U.S. market.

u.ventures invests in early-stage technology startups from Ukraine and Moldova, backing outlier founders with global ambitions and providing the capital and support they need to scale internationally. SOC Prime has built the AI-native detection intelligence platform, based on the world’s largest library of more than 600,000 context-enriched rules and queries powering real-time, privacy-first cyber defence.

We conducted legal due diligence of SOC Prime’s international group of companies and advised on the Simple Agreement for Future Equity used to structure the investment. Our team included Senior Associates Bohdan Burlaka and Ruslan Yurchenko, and Associates Oleksandr Poznyakov and Anhelina Kuderska.
