Ulysses Advised u.ventures on Its Investment in PeopleForce

Ulysses represented u.ventures, a U.S.-based investment fund, in connection with the Pre-Series A funding round of PeopleForce. This round was co-led by Pracuj Ventures and u.ventures, with participation from Dnipro VC, and will support PeopleForce’s expansion into Poland and Latin America.

u.ventures invests in early-stage technology startups from Ukraine and Moldova with the ambition and potential to scale into global markets. PeopleForce is an all-in-one HR platform trusted by more than 1,300 companies in 30+ countries, with over 100,000 active users.

Our advice covered drafting and negotiating the subscription agreement and shareholders’ agreement, with particular emphasis on anti-dilution protection, pre-emptive rights and co-sale rights to safeguard the Client’s interests. The deal was handled by Ulysses’ team, including Senior Associates Bohdan Burlaka and Ruslan Yurchenko.
