During the XV ANNUAL CORPORATE LAW FORUM arranged by Ukrainian Bar Association, Roman Shulyar took part in the panel discussion “M&A transactions in Ukraine: realities and specifics.”
Roman shared his views on the Ukrainian regulatory landscape and its impact on M&A deals, and told about major obstacles to doing M&A transactions under Ukrainian law.
