Marchenko Partners advised Western NIS Enterprise Fund in connection with financing of two social enterprises in Eastern Ukraine – Veterano Pizza Mariupol and AnVita clinic medical center in Dobropillia, Donetsk region. The financing was provided together with Oschadbank, and these loans were granted within the “Affordable Loans for Social Enterprises in Eastern Ukraine” project.
Marchenko Partners’ team working on the project included Senior Associate Bohdan Burlaka and Associate Alexander Poznyakov, led by Partner Roman Shulyar.
