CEE Legal Matters shortlisted DP World’s acquisition of 51% stake in TIS Container Terminal for the Deal of the Year Award for Ukraine.

On this landmark multimillion-dollar transaction, Marchenko Partners acted for DP World (the buyer). It was one of the biggest M&A transactions in Ukraine in 2020 and one of the largest M&A infrastructure deals in the country for the last 10 years.
