Ulysses Advised UAE Client on Trade Finance Fintech Project

Ulysses advised a DFSA-regulated company on Ukrainian law matters concerning launching and operating an international fintech project.  The project concentrates on a digital platform to support SME exporters and importers by facilitating their access to trade, logistics and inventory finance. The platform offers invoice discounting, extended payment terms, receivables and payables financing, and financing options for logistics processes.

Our advice to the Client covered regulatory, tax and data protection issues.  Headed by Partner Roman Shulyar, Ulysses’ project team included Senior Associate Bogdan Burlaka and Associates Ruslan Yurchenko and Oleksandr Poznyakov.
