Ulysses developed a unique system for monitoring Ukrainian legislation that regulates all aspects of import of vehicles and spare parts into Ukraine. The monitoring covered over twenty
regulatory clusters ranging from CO2 emissions, electronic equipment to passenger safety etc.
The important part of the project was also to provide the Client with forecast of implementation
in Ukraine of EU technical standards for production, exploitation and recycling of vehicles.

Ulysses’ team on the project was headed by Partner Artem Nagdalian and included Senior
Associate Bohdan Burlaka and Associate Oleksandr Poznyakov.
